Common Questions
Why a price range instead of fixed pricing?
Different businesses at the same tier need different exact deliverables. A solo dentist's Starter plan and a small law firm's Starter plan have different ad spend levels, content needs, and service emphasis. The range reflects this — final pricing is set after scoping your specific needs in the initial strategy call.
Are there setup fees or onboarding costs?
Standard onboarding is included in the monthly retainer. Custom integrations or unusual scope items may have one-time costs that are agreed before any work begins.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month with 30-day notice for cancellation. We earn the relationship every month. No long-term commitments required.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Many clients start at Starter, move to Growth at 6-12 months, then to Enterprise as they scale. We adjust pricing and scope at any point with 30-day notice.
Do you offer one-time projects without ongoing retainer?
For specific scopes (technical SEO audit, AI agent development, website rebuilds), yes. See add-on pricing. For ongoing marketing or AI work, monthly retainers produce dramatically better results than project-based engagements.
How does ad spend factor in?
Ad spend is separate from agency fees. You pay Google, Meta, etc. directly. Agency fees cover strategy, setup, optimization, and management of those campaigns.
What does 'compliance support' mean for Enterprise tier?
For regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal), we work alongside your compliance team to ensure all marketing materials and AI implementations meet relevant regulatory requirements. We're familiar with HIPAA, FINRA Rule 2210, SEC Marketing Rule, ADA Title III, FTC endorsement guidelines, and Florida Bar advertising rules.
Is there a smaller plan for solo entrepreneurs or pre-revenue businesses?
Below the Starter tier, we generally recommend either DIY tools or freelance specialists — agency fees usually don't make economic sense at sub-$300K revenue. Once you hit that revenue threshold, agency math typically works.
